ANXIETY MANAGEMENT GROUP

Tired of struggling with anxiety? Is the anxiety creating barriers for you to enjoy your life?

Introducing an eight week programme on learning skills and tool to manage anxiety.
Referral process:  Talk to your Doctor, practice nurse or practice counsellor

When: Every Tuesday from 6pm to 7.30

Programme contents:
Basic education on anxiety
Learn to manage thoughts and feelings
Relaxation and mindfulness
Lifestyle balance
Sleep hygiene
Alcohol and drug use
Resources and supports
Management  and relapse prevention plan
